What to Expect

  1. Send us a quote request or contact us directly via phone, text, or email.

  2. We will schedule a walk through of your home to talk with you about details related to your home.

  3. We will send you multiple quotes. You choose the frequency that fits your home, and let us know so we can get you scheduled.

  4. We will send you a reminder the day before your cleaning.

  5. Our expert Technicians show up to your home as scheduled and leaves your home clean with a sparkling touch.

  6. If you are on our regular schedule we will return on the same day on the frequency you prefer.

Recurring Cleaning Checklist

  • Clean top to bottom and empty trash

  • All cobwebs, light fixtures, ceiling fans, tops of cupboards and fridge, and any high ledges on a quarterly basis.

KITCHEN

  • Doors: Clean tops of doors, frames and both sides of doors if they can be reached.

  • Blinds: Dust all blinds, window sills and visible tracks. (once a month)

  • Light Switches: clean and sanitize

  • Refrigerator: clean sides and front.

  • Cupboard and drawers: spot clean all faces.

  • Microwave: clean inside and out. Remove the glass turntable to clean and replace.

  • Stove hood: remove grease and grime off range hood top and underneath

  • Stove top: clean and buff stove top, front, and doors

  • Dishwasher: clean and buff outside.

  • Countertops and backsplash/walls: move all items to clean under; clean items as they are replaced. Spot clean walls as needed.

  • Sink: scrub out and buff faucet. Clean drain stop.

  • Baseboards and electrical outlets: clean all that can be reached (once a month)

  • Floors: vacuum, edge, and mop all floors.


BATHROOMS

  • Ledges/doors/wall decor: dust and clean smudges off both sides of doors.

  • Blinds: Dust all blinds, window sills and visible tracks. (once a month)

  • Light Switches: clean and sanitize

  • Mirrors: clean and shine

  • Counters: remove all items to clean under and clean items as they are replaced.

  • Sink: scrub and buff, special attention to faucets

  • Drawers: spot clean all faces

  • Toilet: disinfect, scrub and remove stains from inside and outside of toilet

  • Shower/tub: remove soap scum and stains from tub, tub fixtures and shower rod. Clean and shine wall tile around tub areas. Use bar keepers to remove hard water stains from shower glass doors.

  • Baseboards and electrical outlets: (once a month)

  • Floors: hand wipe smaller bathrooms, mop larger bathrooms.

BEDROOMS/HALLWAYS/LIVING ROOM/LAUNDRY ROOM

  • Ledges, doors and door frames: dust and remove all dirt and smudges

  • Blinds: Dust all blinds, window sills and visible tracks. (one a month)

  • Light Switches: clean and sanitize

  • Dust all surfaces: lift items to dust, then dust/clean items as they are replaced.

  • Baseboards and electrical outlets: dust all that can be reached. (one a month)

  • Floors: Vacuum all carpets/rugs/floors: edge when needed. Mop floors
