Residental Cleaning

Your home is your most valuable asset and we take pride in providing the best quality cleaning service for your home. We use certified green and biodegradable cleaners to ensure the health of you, your family, and our cleaning technicians. You choose to have your home cleaned weekly, every other week or every 4 weeks. Our service is detailed to a standard that will naturally keep your home cleaner longer. We listen to your priorities and what specific attention your home needs.

  • Dishes: per 15 minutes $15.00

  • Change/Wash Sheets: $15.00/bed

  • Change Sheets: $5.00/bed

  • Laundry: We will use the resident's washer and dryer to wash loads of clothes. Please specify if you would like clothes separated or other special instructions. 

    • $10/laundry load to wash and dry (during a cleaning)

    • $15/laundry load to fold and put away

  • Window cleaning: inside, outside (first story only), frames, tracks and screens. $15.00/window

  • Oven cleaning: this includes the inside of the oven and warming drawer. 

    • If a resident can complete a self clean cycle before service: $25. 

    • No prep before service $90. (Varies based on build-up)

  • Fridge cleaning:

    • Empty fridge and freezer: $45

    • Fridge being used: $75. This includes removing all items. Cleaning shelves, walls and floor of fridge. Then cleaning any sticky items as they are replaced. Outside surfaces of the fridge that can be reached will be cleaned.

  • Cleaning cupboards: This includes removing all items from the cupboards, cleaning surfaces of cupboards inside and outside, and replacing items in an organized fashion. (Call for quote, prices vary)

  • Organizing: This is tailored to each customer’s preference. We can work with you to help organize a space or you can give us the reins with some direction from you. $65/hour

  • Basic gardening: this includes weeding, watering, low pruning, mulching, planting seeds, flowers and small plants, raking leaves, sweeping patios. Residents must have a yard waste bin. We do not haul away yard waste. Lawn mowing is not offered. $50/hour

  • Garage clean up: This includes removing cobwebs, dust, and sweeping. Organizing can be included. We do not haul away debris. (Call for quote, prices vary)

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Schedule:

    • Choose the cleaning schedule and frequency: Daily (M-F), Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Every 4 weeks.

  • Cleaning Duties:

    • Customize your service. We are a deep clean service unless otherwise asked. The recurring cleanings can be customized to fit your needs. We start with a deep clean that sets the stage to keep your home clean on a recurring basis. There is open communication so that if you want to make a change to your recurring service we can adjust to fit your needs best.

  • Reminders:

    • We get you on the schedule and will send a reminder the day before your cleaning.

  • Products:

    • We provide everything we need to keep your home clean. You do not need to have anything stocked for us! You can clean out that cleaning closet and use it for other storage use. We provide eco-friendly products that are safe for you and the environment.

  • Enjoy!:

    • We keep your space clean so you can spend your time where it matters to you!
